Miami — Doral — Launch Campaign

Everyone
Wins

Prepared for EAG · September 2026 Umanity Agents
The assignment

One location.
One shot at a first impression.

What

A launch campaign for the Miami location at Miami International Mall, Doral — 110,000 sq ft, the brand’s most competitive site yet.

Who

EAG, on behalf of Elev8 Fun. The trade area runs well past Doral: Hialeah, Sweetwater, Fontainebleau, Westchester, Kendall.

How

English and Spanish, two native versions. Broadcast-ready 16:9 throughout.

What we found first

Three competitors
inside one mile.

Elev8's Doral site sits beside the most crowded corner of its own category. Dave & Buster's and Bowlero are both at Dolphin Mall, under a mile away. Topgolf is closer still. There is no distance moat here.

VenueDistanceWhat it sells
Bowlero DoralUnder 1 mile34 lanes — against our twelve
Dave & Buster'sUnder 1 mileArcade and a sports bar. No karts.
Topgolf DoralUnder 1 mileOne specialty, adult-leaning
K1 Speed~4 milesKarts only. Owns "serious racing."
Dezerland~15 miles250,000 sq ft. No bowling, golf or laser tag.
The claim we cannot make

“Biggest” is already
taken. Twice.

VenueSizeWhat it claims
Xtreme Action Park200,000+ sq ftLargest indoor entertainment venue in Florida — same ownership as Elev8
Dezerland Action Park250,000+ sq ftClaims South Florida outright
Elev8 Doral110,000 sq ftSmaller than both

A size claim here would contradict the client’s own flagship. So would “something for everyone” — that is Xtreme’s line. The launch has to be won on a different proposition entirely.

The opening

Nobody else puts it
all under one roof.

Elev8 is the only one-trip answer in Miami-Dade.

Who we are actually talking to

Not Doral.
The whole ring.

AreaPopulationMedian householdUnder 18
Doral81,634$94K24.5%
Hialeah230,968$55K
Kendall80,241$87K21.1%
Sweetwater20,828$55K

Hialeah alone is nearly three times Doral’s population, and Doral households average 3.03 people. Income runs from $55K to $94K across the ring — that is not one audience, and it is the reason the campaign leads with the occasion rather than the price.

The finding nobody else will bring you

The trade area is
getting smaller.

18,910

fewer students in Miami-Dade schools this year than last. Roughly 31,000 across two years.

3,000

new foreign-born student registrations, down from 14,000–22,000 a year.

Fewer children in the trade area is a direct demand signal. A campaign built on Doral identity alone aims at a shrinking target — which is why the creative is built for the whole ring, in both languages, rather than for one neighborhood.

The strategic insight

Every family outing is a negotiation.

Elev8 is the one place in Miami-Dade where nobody has to settle.
The position

Everyone wins.

The nine-year-old

Wanted the ropes course and was up on it before anyone had taken their jacket off.

The fifteen-year-old

Wanted speed, and the two-story kart track is not a consolation prize.

The one who planned it

Has organized a hundred of these and sat through most of them. Today she puts the bag down and sinks the putt.

The grandfather

Everyone assumed he came to hold the bags. He puts them down and throws a strike.

Todos ganan.

Four people walked in with four different afternoons in mind. Nobody was talked into somebody else’s — and then all four played laser tag together anyway. That is the whole promise, and no competitor within a mile can make it.

The creative platform

One Place

The camera never seems to stop. It carries you from the kart track into mini golf into the lanes, so the whole building reads as one space you are moving through — not four rooms in a montage.

How it feels

Speed does the work. The energy of the place becomes the edit, and the room never appears to end.

Why it matters

Every competitor within a mile sells one room. This makes the whole building the product.

Where it lands

It comes to rest exactly once — at the table, with all four of them. The only stillness in the spot.

The cast

Four people.
Four different afternoons.

Lucia, age 9
LUCIA
Age 9

The only one who did not have to be convinced. Three steps ahead the whole spot.

Javi, age 15
JAVI
Age 15

Agreed to come. That is the ceiling of it. The headphones come off and stay off.

Mari, age 38
MARI
Age 38

Booked it, drove, carries everyone's jacket. Today she puts the bag down.

Tony, age 66
TONY
Age 66

Everyone assumed he came to hold the bags. Loafers and all, he throws a strike.

Four locked identities, built once. Every asset in this campaign and everything built after it comes from them.

Why these four

The cast came out
of the research.

WhoWhat the data saysWhy they are in the spot
Mari, 38Doral median age 36.5. Households average 3.03 people. 24.5% of the population is under 18.She is the buyer. She picks the outing, she pays, and she is the one the category keeps failing.
Javi, 15Dave & Buster’s and Topgolf, both under a mile, market to adults. Teens are the unserved middle. He holds the veto. If a venue reads as built for small children, the trip does not happen.
Lucia, 9Under-18 share runs 16.8% to 24.5% across the trade area — a genuinely family-dense market. She is the reason the trip gets proposed. She needs no persuading and never has.
Tony, 66Multi-generational households are the norm here, and 70.3% of Doral is foreign-born.He is the person the whole category forgets. Putting him in the spot is the difference between an ad about a venue and an ad about a family.

No celebrity, no influencer, no archetype borrowed from a stock library. Four people assembled from the census of the streets around the building.

The efficiency

Two fifteens that
are also a thirty.

Is the :30

The blocks are cut so they join without a seam. One production yields three placements per language — two fifteens and a thirty — rather than a thirty and two trims of it.

Each :15 stands alone and holds a break by itself. Run together, they are the :30 — three placements per language from one production. The address, the opening date and any offer render as on-screen text on the end card, so none of them costs voiceover time and the date swaps at no cost once confirmed.

Voice

Two voices.
Neither one is a dub.

Miami–Ft. Lauderdale is the #3 Hispanic DMA in the country at 946,260 Hispanic TV homes. In the May 2026 ratings a bilingual station took the market for the first time in its history — ahead of both English-only and Spanish-only rivals. That is the argument against subtitles, and against a dub.

English

A custom voice, designed for this brand rather than picked off a shelf. Deep chest resonance and a low baritone with real warmth in it — the trusted local broadcaster who is glad to see you. Confident and direct, with forward momentum and a smile in the tone, never shouting and never smarmy. Cut in a booth: no room, no reverb, nothing to clean up afterward. Matched in age and register to the Spanish read so the brand sounds like one brand in both languages.

“Miami. The wait is over. Go-karts. Bowling. Mini golf. Arcade. Ropes course! All of it. One roof. One trip. The kids? Gone before you finish parking. Mom said she’d just watch. Mom’s winning. And Abuelo? Everybody figured he came to hold the bags. Everybody was wrong. Then the whole family suits up for laser tag. Losers buy dinner. Elev8 Fun — come on in. Everybody wins!

Español

Neutral Caribbean register — the Spanish Miami actually speaks. Not Castilian, not Mexican broadcast. Written to its own rhythm rather than timed to the English, which is why it lands shorter in places. Todos ganan carries the same double meaning "wins" does in a building full of karts and lanes.

“Miami. Por fin llegó. Go-karts. Bowling. Minigolf. Arcade. ¡Cuerdas! Todo. Bajo un techo. En un solo viaje. ¿Los muchachos? Salieron corriendo. Mami dijo que solo iba a mirar. Mami va ganando. ¿Y Abuelo? Todos pensaban que venía a cuidar las bolsas. Todos se equivocaron. Y después, toda la familia al laser tag. El que pierde paga la cena. Elev8 Fun — vengan ya. ¡Aquí todos ganan!

Creative development, character and environment build, animation, music and post-production, from storyboards through final delivery, in both languages.

Not included: media placement and venue photography.

Roughly $1,137 a spot — against a market where a single conventional :30 starts around $10,000.

Next

Three things,
and we start.

1 · Confirm the date

Public sources conflict and the opening has moved at least three times. Nothing dated goes on screen until it is confirmed in writing.

2 · Shoot the capture guide

Already with your team. Corner sweeps of every room, a wide of every attraction, walk-arounds of karts and gear, flat lays, one team member suited up, dark areas twice, a walkthrough of each area — plus floor plan, logo files and brand colors.

3 · Approve the cast

The four above. Once they are locked, nobody is rebuilt again.

Approve the cast and the boards, and the first cut follows.
